Rollie Harrold

R.G.HARROLD DIES IN WISCONSIN

   Relatives here received word of the sudden passing of Rollie Harrold, 67, at the Stocker Hospital, Tuesday, May 7, in Oconomowoc, Wis.

   He was born Nov. 27, 1895, in Napoleon, Ohio, the son of Mr. and Mrs. M.E. Harrold. Coming to Gladwin with his parents in 1904, he attended the Nester Dam school and Gladwin High School where he graduated in 1914.

   He moved to Oconomowoc in 1935 where he operated an appliance store for many years. He was married to Mrs. Mabel O'Connor of that city and was a member of the First Congregational Church.

   Survivors include his wife; one daughter, Mrs. Jack (Patricia) Anson, Mt. Pleasant; three sons, Rolland and Richard, of Oconomowoc, and Robert of Mt. Pleasant; two step-daughters; two brothers, Arthur and Ray, both of Gladwin; one sister, Mrs. Tessie Haines, of Ann Arbor; and nine grandchildren.

   Funeral services were held at the Notbahm Funeral Home Friday, May 10, at 2 P.M., with the Rev. John R. Lepke officiating. Burial was in the LaBelle Cemetery.

   Mrs. and Mrs. Arthur Harrold and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Harrold attended their brother's funeral.
