EDWARD HARLOW


  Edward A. Harlow, 78, of 2096 Hockaday Rd., Gladwin, died Saturday, May 7, at his home. Born in Randolph, Vt., on April 20, 1905, he came to Gladwin County in 1956. He was a veteran of World War II and self-employed in various fields. He was married to Frances Little in 1929 and she died in 1956.

  Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Rosetta Bartlett of Rutland, Vt.; and close friend Stanley Lutes with whom he made his home. Services were held Tuesday at 11 a.m. from the Mathews Funeral Home. The Rev.Carl Briggs officiated and burial was in the Arbutus Cemetery. Graveside services were held by the Gladwin County VFW Post 7303..
