Larry Hale
Larry L. Hale, 59, of Gladwin, died Sept. 15, 2005 at home following a short illness. He was born Feb. 16, 1946 in Clare to Lorn and Alice (Thorington) Hale. He married Carol Lee Wray in Gladwin on July 23, 1966. He was a lifetime resident of Gladwin and worked for 40 years for Robinson Industry in Coleman, retiring in 2005.
Surviving are his wife, Carol Hale of Gladwin; two sons, Josh (Kierstin) Hale of Gladwin and Larry Hale of Olathe, Kansas; one daughter, Janelle (Eric) Cuddie of Gladwin; six grandchildren; two brothers, Donald (Carol Ann) Hale of Gladwin and Richard Hale of Harrison; one sister, Karen (Dwayne) Morse of Bath; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandson, Aron Hale, and brother, Orland Hale.
A graveside service was conducted Sept. 19 at Ridge Cemetery following a procession from Hall Funeral Home in Gladwin. Pastor Phil Hortop officiated. Memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Treatment Centers for America.
