Gladwin County Obituary/Death Notice
 
DeVilo G. Greenacre

   DeVilo G. Greenacre, 56, of Beaverton, died Sunday, Jan. 3, 199 at home after a short illness. Born Oct. 13, 1942 in Gladwin, he was a lifetime resident of Gladwin County. He was a polymer operator for The Dow Chemical Company in Midland. DeVilo married A. Gail Williams, August 6, 1988 in Coleman. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the U.S. Navy.

   Besides his wife he is survived by two daughters, Shawn and husband Jeffrey Smith of Ft. Pierce, Fla., and Alshia Greenacre of Ocala, Fla.; two stepdaughters, Tamara Mann of Mt. Pleasant, and Deborah and husband Gary Walker of LaQuinta, Calif.; two brothers, Lee H. of Lansing, and Everett J. of Clare; and one sister, Carlene Hutchins of Arizona. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Leola Attenburger in 1990, and Annabelle Williams in 1988.

   Services will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow (Thursday) at Hall Funeral Home, Beaverton Chapel with Rev. Duane Koontz officiating. Burial will be in Tobacco Township (Dale) Cemetery in Beaverton. Visitation will be today (Wednesday) noon to 9 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Gladwin, MidMichigan Visiting Nurse, or Pardee Cancer Fund.
