Marion Gingery
TUESDAY RITES FOR EARL GINGERY
Services were held Tuesday for Marion Earl Gingery, 82, of 2421 Dodge Lake Road, Clare County, who died Friday, March 21, following a short illness. Born in Iowa, Sept. 18, 1886, he was a farmer by occupation. he had lived in Clare County for the past 11 years, coming there from Davision, and prior to that they had lived in Gladwin County. Mr. Gingery and the former Miss Lydia Mayberry were married in Gladwin Dec. 24, 1910.
Survivors are his wife, Lydia; a son, John W. of Davison; a daughter, Mrs. Frank (Elsie) Larson of Davision; two brothers, Marion R. of Flint, and Bruce of Farwell; six grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. The Rev. John W. Cermak officiated at the 2:00 p.m. services Tuesday at the Hall Funeral Home and burial was in Highland Cemetery.
