Ellen Elizabeth Fritcher

ELIZABETH ELLEN FRITCHER


  Mrs. Elizabeth Ellen Fritcher, formerly wife of Charles Augustus Fritcher, died Sunday, Dec. 11, at 3 p.m., of heart failure, at her residence in the city of Gladwin, to which she came from Sage township seven years since.

  She was born in Ontario in March, 1859, and died when 73 years, 9 months and four days old. She became a resident of Sage township 42 years since, living on Section Eight. She was the victim of a broken hip and had been crippled 21 years.

  Sevens sons survive her, George and Asa Parkhurst, of Detroit, now in Florida, Samuel and John Fritcher, now living in Flint, William and Chris Fritcher, residents of Gladwin, and John Fritcher, living at Houghton Heights.

  She will be laid to rest in Highland cemetery this Thursday afternoon. The funeral services will be held at the undertaking parlors of Rogers & Neely..
