Ellen Fraser
One of First Residents of Beaverton Passes Away.
Miss Ellen Fraser died about 4 o'clock Wednesday morning, Jan. 24, 1928, at her home at Beaverton, after being ill sometime. Miss Fraser was born at Beaverton, Ont. and was aged about 85 years. She is a pioneer resident of Beaverton, to which she came with her nephews, William and Ron Ross, founders of the city which is named after their old home town in Canada. In pioneer days many visitors to Beaverton enjoyed her hospitality. Funeral services will be held at the Beaverton Presbyterian church Friday afternoon.
