Linda Fornwall
Linda K. Fornwall, 61, of Gladwin, died Feb. 7, 2006 at her home following a long illness. She was born Oct. 10, 1944 to Glen J. and Elizabeth M. (Burden) Frechett in Detroit. She married Craig J. Fornwall in Troy on June 12, 1965. A former resident of Rochester, she had lived in Gladwin County for the past 10 years. She served as treasurer for Butman Township. She is survived by her husband, Craig Fornwall of Gladwin; a daughter, Jodi (Mike) Blackport of Grand Rapids; a son, Joseph (Aira) Fornwall of Lapeer; a grandson, Gunner; two sisters, Shirley Kyle of Gladwin and Barbara (Jack) Speake of Seattle, Washington; a brother, Robert (Kathy) Frechett of Phoenix, Arizona; and a sister- in-law, Leah Rae (Jerry) Budziak of Commerce Township. She was preceded in death by two brothers-in-law, Duane Fornwall and Bill Kyle.
A memorial service will be held Feb. 10 at 5 p.m. at Hall Funeral Home in Gladwin with Pastor Brad Withrow officiating. Visitation will be held Feb. 10 from 4 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of West Branch or Butman Township Fire Department.
