Clifford M. Folts
SERVICES HELD FOR CLIFFORD FOLTS
Clifford M. Folts, 48, of Grout Township, died Saturday at Mercy Hospital in Bay City, following an illness of one month. Born in Great Valley, N.Y., on May 21, 1919 he came to Gladwin County 35 years ago. He was employed by Dow Chemical and was a veteran of World War II. Mr. Folts was married to the former Viola Cornell on Feb. 8, 1958, in Gladwin.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his mother, Mrs. Eva Folts, of Allegany, N.Y.; six sons, Robert and Ted, of Gladwin, Randy, Michael, and Rickey Tice and Lloyd Tice, at home; two daughters, Anita, of Gladwin, and Pamla at home; five brothers, William, of Flint, George, Saginaw, Max, Eaton Rapids, Harold, of Rhodes and Clair, of Gladwin; and one sister, Mrs. Lulu LaClair of Midland. Services were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Hall Funeral Home. The Rev. F. E. Voller officiated and burial was in the Beaverton Cemetery. .
