Isaac Fisher
FISHER---Isaac Fisher was born in St. Clair county
in 1845, and died at Gladwin, Jan. 18, 1917, aged 72
years, 8 months and 16 days. In 1865 he was united in
marriage to Miss Lenity Barttlet of Bad Axe, Huron
county. To this union were born eight children, of
whom five survive him: Eli of Farwell; Isaac and
Charlie, of Roblin, Manitoba; George Fisher, of Cory,
Pa., and Mrs. Martin O'Brien, of Mount Pleasant; also
two sisters of Washington, and one brother of Alpena,
Mich.
 Mrs. Lenity Fisher departed this life eight years
and eight months ago. He remarried to Mrs. Amanda
Higbee in the year of 1908, whom he now leaves to
mourn his loss. He moved from Midland to Beaverton,
Gladwin county, some 23 years ago, where he since made
his home.
 Funeral services were conducted Sunday forenoon at
the home, and Sunday afternoon from the Methodist
church in Beaverton, with interment in Beaverton
cemetery.
