OLGA ENDERT


  Olga Endert, 91, of 4255 Oberlin Rd., Gladwin, died Sunday, Nov. 1, in the Gladwin Area Hospital. Born in Poland Feb. 13, 1896, she came to America in 1900 and to Gladwin County in 1902. Mrs. Endert was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church. The former Olga Krause, she was married to Richard Endert June 15, 1921, in Gladwin. He preceded her in death Jan. 10, 1936.

  Surviving are 6 daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Helen) Spross of Lake, Mrs.Elsie Strohkirch, Mrs. Donald (Dorothy) Babcock and Mrs. Edwin (Elfreida) Gatz of Gladwin, Mrs. Coleman (Esther) Wright of Union City and Mrs. Robert (Mildred) Simon of Royal Oak; one brother, William Busch of St. George, Utah; 2 sisters, Lydia Lewis of Detroit and Anna Summers of Gladwin; 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. A son, Richard, precede her in death Oct. 21, 1924.

  Services will be held Thursday, Nov. 5, at 1 p.m. from Our Savior Lutheran Church. The Rev. Donald Dengler will officiate and burial will be in the Ridge Cemetery. Arrangements are in charge of the Sisson-Mathews Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the church carpet fund or the Michigan Chapter of Multiple Sclerosis, 21700 Greenfield Rd., Suite 409, Oak Park 48237..
