Gladwin County Obituary/Death Notice

Jeanne Elliott
Jeanne F. Elliott, age 77, of Gladwin passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2008 after a long illness and courageous fight, she passed peacefully surrounded by her family.
She was born on Aug. 15, 1930 in Toledo, Ohio the daughter of Clarence and Iris (Mercer) Streichert. Jeanne was a member of the Gladwin Arts Guild, the Mineral Springs Archeological Society, and worked for 22 years at the Warren Public Library. She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, Clarence S. Elliott of Gladwin; three children, Linda K. Osborne, Kenneth S. Elliott and Sharon A. Russell; four grandchildren, Bobby VanElslander, Ryan VanElslander, Katie Seipp and Kenny Elliott; and great-greatgrandson, Tyler Rugg.
Funeral services were on Saturday, March 15, 2008 at the Chapel at the Glen Eden Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor James Russell officiating.
Internment was in Glen Eden Memorial Park Cemetery.
