Lawrence Edick
Lawrence Edick, 84, of Gladwin, Michigan passed away Saturday, April 29, 2006 at Gladwin Pines Nursing Center. He was born in Gladwin on Feb. 7, 1922 to the late Claire and Esther (Hayward) Edick. He married the former Kathleen Rockwood on Oct. 2, 1949; she preceded him in death on Oct. 21, 2004. Mr. Edick was retired from Dow Chemical. He was a member of the VFW Post #7303 and was a veteran of World War II.
He is survived by two sons, Tyler (Kathy) Edick of Gladwin and Michael (Rena) Edick of Fluggerville, Texas; one daughter, Nancy Iacouzzi of Arizona; seven grandchildren and four Great-grandchildren; one brother, Richard Edick of Gladwin; and one sister, Enogene Stickel of Gladwin.
At Mr. Edick’s request, cremation has already taken place and no services will be held. The Sisson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
