Betty Demaray
Betty M. Demaray, 59, of 1976 S. M-18, Gladwin, died Saturday, May 13, 1989, in the Midland Hospital Center after a long
illness.
Born in Gladwin, May 25, 1929, she had spent most of her life here.
The former Betty Foote, she was married to Virgil Demaray, April 27, 1957, in Gladwin.
Besides her husband, she is survived by 4 daughters, Mrs. Jeff (Valdeen) Bennett of Grand Blanc, Mrs. Junior (Melody)
Pribbernow and Tangalee Demaray of Gladwin and Mrs. Dale (Valerie) Williams of Midland; 4 brothers, Charles of Mountain,
Ark., Lyle of Clare, Kenneth of Reed City and Andrew of West Branch; 4 sisters, Effie Bauer of Edenville, Ella Mae Klassen of
Gladwin, Loretta Beebe of Harrison and Shirley Dassey of Coleman; 9 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Services were held Friday at 11 a.m. from the Gladwin R.L.D.S. Church. Elder Lyle Foote officiated and burial was in the
Grout Township Cemetery. Arrangements were in charge of the Sisson-Mathews Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Bethel
Brethren in Christ Church, Rt. 2, Merrill.
