Gladwin County Obituary/Death Notice
 
Terry Cushing

   Terry Lynn Cushing, 40, of Harrison passed away Tuesday, Sept. 13 at his home. Mr. Cushing was born Nov. 11, 1964 in Royal Oak, the son of William S. and Beverly M. (Aitken) Cushing. Terry had resided in Harrison since 1998, coming from Rochester. He was united in marriage to Janice M. Mathews on May 6, 2000 at Grace Fellowship Church, formerly Skeels Baptist Church, in Gladwin. Terry enjoyed cooking, pencil art drawing and fishing.

   Surviving are Terry’s loving wife, Janice M. Cushing of Harrison; his parents, William S. and Bev M. Cushing of Gladwin; one brother, Jason W. Cushing, also of Gladwin; one sister, Kim A. Rosseter-Ransdell and husband Steve Ransdell of Troy; his father and mother in law, Don and Roberta Mathews of Harrison; three sisters in law, Teresa Silkstone of Gladwin, Kim (Bernie) Williamson of Gladwin, and Donalda (Terrie) Hill of Albany, Oregon; nine nieces and nephews; and many friends. Funeral services were held on Sunday, Sept. 17 at Stocking Funeral Home in Harrison with Pastor Bryan Johnson officiating. Interment was at Hamilton Township Cemetery in Harrison.

   Memorial contributions in memory of Terry may be considered to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 1421 E. 12 Mile Road, Building A, Madison Heights, MI 48071. Arrangements for Terry were entrusted with Stocking Funeral Home in Harrison.
