Frank Cornell
Services Held for Frank Cornell
Frank L. Cornell, 74, of Beaverton, died Thursday, March 19, after a short illness in Panama City, Fla. Born in McClure,
Ohio, on Aug. 9, 1895, he moved to Gladwin County in 1919. Mr. Cornell was a heavy equipment operator and co-owner of
Brickcrete Company on M-18. He was married to the former Maude Mowan, on July 7, 1914, in Bowling Green, Ohio. Besides his
wife, he is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Hazel White, Mrs. Katherine Stillwagon, Mrs. Hilda Powell, and Mrs. Viola Folts,
of Beaverton, Mrs. Helen Yager, of Bay City, and Mrs. June Buck, of Farmington; two sons, William, of Beaverton and James, of
Gladwin; 33 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Services were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Hall Funeral Home. The
Rev. F.E. Voller officiated and entombment was in the Highland Mausoleum.
