Beaverton Historical Society Gladwin County Obituary/Death Notice   Richard Carpenter    Richard (Rick) W. Carpenter, 50, of Flint, formerly of Gladwin, passed away suddenly Sept. 14, 2006.    Rick is survived by his wife Julie; four children, Cierra, Joel, Raymond and Kendra; two stepchildren, Sara and Andrew; one grandson, Kaden, and another due any day.    Rick’s parents are Dick and Roberta Carpenter; he has two brothers, Roger (Debbie) and Ryan Carpenter;and a sister Robyn (Russ) Lowe all of Gladwin. Rick has many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. His grandmothers are Henrietta Carpenter of Portage and Vicki Morris.    At Rick’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
