Bernice (Heslop) Carey
The second time in three weeks just previous, death visited the home of Dr. and Mrs. Heslop, March 22, when their daughter, Mrs. Max carey, passed away from tuberculosis. Mrs. Carey was brought home a few days before from Howell, where she had been the past five months taking treatment. She ws a graduate of Beaverton High School and had taken a course at Saginaw Business College. She leaves husband, parents, four brothers and two sisters. The funeral services were held in the First Presbyterian church, Beaverton, Sunday afternoon, Rev. A. J. Preston officiating. Interment in Midland cemetery.
