Alvin Card
Alvin A. Card, 65, of 1835 Chappel Dam Rd., Gladwin, died suddenly Thursday, Feb.
6, at his home. Born in Gladwin on Aug. 15, 1920, he had spent his lifetime here. Mr. Card was a
farmer and served in the Army during World War II. Surviving are one brother, William of Sanford;
and 2 sisters, Mrs. An Coston of Midland and Mrs. Orta Allen of Clare; and an uncle, Henry Gatz of
Gladwin. Services were held Saturday at 1 p.m. from the Hall Funeral Home, Gladwin Chapel. Burial
was in the Highland Cemetery.
