Gladwin County Obituary/Death Notice
 
Kenneth Cameron Sr.

   Kenneth A. Cameron, Sr., 73, of Coleman died Tuesday, Feb. 15 at Covenant Health Care, Cooper Street, Saginaw.

   He was born Dec. 20, 1931 in Gladwin the son of Alex and Vera (Tinwalde) Cameron.

   He married the former Dorothy A. Benchley on March 29, 1952 in Clare.

   He served with the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict, retired from Martin Marietta in Midland, and was a lifetime farmer in the Coleman area.

   Ken is survived by his wife, Dorothy; children Kenneth, Jr. (Constance) Cameron of Coleman, Teresa (Mike) Bovee of Coleman, Becky (Alan) Bills of Coleman, Miles (Janet) Cameron of Coleman, and Martin (Bernadette) Cameron of Midland; grandchildren Amy (Raul) Meneses, Jennifer (Tyler) Heard, Andrew (Jenny) Bovee, Haley (Jason) Campbell, Joseph Bovee, Alesa (Jeremy) Simons, Kathryn Bills, Emily Cameron, Alex Cameron, David Cameron, Melissa Cameron and Megan Cameron; Great grandchildren Jacquob, Ethan and Sophia LittleJohn, Annabelle and Alivia Bovee, Conner Meneses and Ashlynn Simons; brothers, Larry (Louise) Cameron of Standish, Duane (Joyce) Cameron of Gladwin, Paul (JoAnne) Cameron of Gladwin, and Tom (Beverly) Cameron of Durand; sisters, Lucille Plude of Gladwin, Helen (Clarence) Ballard of Gladwin, Agnes Oard of Beaverton, Jean Hickerson of Gaylord, Pat (Lanny) Haring of Clare, Marcele (Bob) Miller of Beaverton, and Susan Lang of Beaverton.

   He was preceded in death by his parents, grandson Michael Ryan Bovee, brother Richard Cameron, and sister Kathy McLincha.

   Funeral services were held Feb. 18 from the Coleman Wesleyan Church with Rev. Dave Cox officiating. Burial took place in the Warren Township Cemetery, Coleman.

   Friends who wish may give memorials to the Wesleyan Church Building Fund.
