Channing Callahan
Channing D. Callahan, 14, of Alger passed away Monday, April 25, 2005 at West Branch Regional Medical Center. He was born in West Branch on Sept. 26, 1990 to Gregory and Yvonne (Reed) Callahan. He attended the Clare Day School and was in the seventh grade. He loved Nascar racing, the Redwings and music.
Surviving beside his father, Greg (Michelle), is one brother, Dallas Callahan; one sister, Macie Callahan; grandparents, Dallas and Olga Callahan, and John and Kathy Reed, all of Gladwin, Mike Junek of Waterford, and Georganne Kittridge of Harrison; Great grandparents, Noranna Land of Waterford, James and Evelyn Seeterlin of Lincoln, and Helen Reed of Canton; two stepsisters, Melanie and Mindee Stratton, both of Bay City; one stepbrother, Michael Stengel of Bay City; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. His mother, Yvonne Callahan, passed away on Sept. 29, 1998.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 29 with burial in Lewiston Cemetery in Lewiston. Sisson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
