Theodore Bush
SOLDIER BURIAL IS SUNDAY

   Reburial services for Pfc. Theodore Bush will be held at the Zion Lutheran church at Oberlin, Sunday, June 12, [1949] at 2:30 o'clock. Interment will be in Highland cemetery. Pfc. Bush was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Bush and was killed in action in Germany on November 14, 1944, at the age of 31 years.

PFC. T. R. BUSH IS REPORTED MISSING

Mr. and Mrs. Leo Bush of Sherman township have received word from the War Department that their son, Pfc. Theodore R. Bush, 31, has been missing in action in Germany since November 14th.  Pfc Bush was inducted into the Army on May 7, 1942, and has been overseas for more than a year.  He was with an Infantry company.

A native of Gladwin county, he has nine brothers and sisters — John, with U. S. forces in New Guinea; Gottlieb, with the Air Corps in California; Henry, of Cleveland; Ben, of California; Mrs Katherine Edwards and Mrs Lydia Lewis, of Detroit; Mrs Anne Sommers, Mrs Lillian Arbuckle and Mrs Richard Endert, all of Gladwin.
