Harrison Sheldon Bullard

LONGTIME SHERMAN RESIDENT DIES


  Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Hall Funeral Home for Harrison Sheldon Bullard, 72, of Sherman Township, who died Wednesday after an illness of many years. Elder Willard Pendleton officiated and burial was in Butman Cemetery.

  Born on August 4, 1888, in Millington, he was a veteran of World War I, and came to Gladwin County in 1906 to operated a farm in Sherman Township. His wife, the former Mable Mahan, preceded him in death on Oct. 5, 1960. Survivors include two sons, Gerald Mahan, of Pinconning, and Loren Bullard, of Gladwin; and seven grandchildren.
