Mary Moon
MRS. GEORGE BRYAN
Mary E. Moon was born in Kendallville, Indiana, November 7, 1866. She was the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Moon, who moved to Michigan when she was three years of age. Most
of her girlhood days were spent in Otisville and on March 26, 1885, she was united in marriage to
George Bryan of Columbiaville. They made their home in Gladwin county until four years ago when they
moved to Davison. Mrs. Bryan has had poor health for the past six months due to cancer, and passed
away at her home in Davison Monday, Nov. 20, at 1 p.m.
Besides her husband, deceased is survived by an aged father and mother, Mr. and Mrs.
Charles Moon of Otisville; and the following children: Charles W. Bryan of Clare county, Mrs. Herbert
Wood of Gladwin, Mrs. Glenn Wallace of Detroit, Mrs. Ray Austin of Davision and John and Ray at home.
Funeral services were conducted at home Wednesday, at 1 p.m., and at the Methodist church at 2 p.m.,
Rev. C. E. Benson officiating. Interment was made in Smith Hill cemetery at Otisville.
