George Bryan
George Thomas Bryan was born Jan. 29, 1857, at Lobo, Canada, and died March
22, 1924, at Davison. Deceased was the son of John and Sarah Bryan who came to Michigan in 1869,
and made his home near Columbiaville until March, 1885, when he was united in marriage with Mary
E. Moon, who departed this life over a year ago. Immediately after their marriage they left their
home until five years ago when they went to Davison, Genesee county. To this union were born
Charles W. Bryan and Mrs. Herbert Wood of Gladwin, John Bryan and Mrs. Glen Wallace of Detroit; Ray
Bryan of Florida and Mrs. Ray Austin of Davison. He also leaves three sisters, four brothers and 13
grandchildren to mourn their loss.
Funeral was held Tuesday, March 25, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ray Austin at
Davison. Burial in Smith Hill cemetery at Otisville.
