Harold Brotherton

HAROLD BROTHERTON


  Harold E. Brotherton, 51, of Pleasant Beach Trailer Park, Billings Township, died Friday, October 18, in the Veterans Hospital, Ann Arbor. Born in Kennett, Mo., he came to Wayne in 1942, joining the air force June 14, 1943, and was discharged Feb. 13, 1946. He moved to Flint in February of 1946 where he worked as a carpenter for Buick Motors, retiring in 1972, coming to Gladwin County at that time.

  Surviving are 3 daughters; his mother, Mrs. Pearl Pollock, and 1 sister, Mrs. Ross (Pauline) Talarico, both of Billings Township. Services were held Monday at 1:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home with Eloy V. Torres officiating, and burial was in Billings cemetery.
