CLEO BOOS
Cleo E. Boos, 62, of 593 Quillette Rd., Beaverton, died Monday, Dec. 18, in Saginaw Veterans Hospital. Born in Detroit on December 15, 1916, he came to Gladwin County four years ago from Howell. Mr. Boos was a retired tool and die maker. He was a member of the Elks BPOE No. 2168 in Howell and the Gladwin County VFW Post 7303. Mr. Boos and the former Loletta Heber were married on August 30, 1949, in Brooklyn.
Surviving besides his wife are one daughter, Mrs. Hugh (Janice) Davis of Lakeview; one sister, Mrs. Martha Longstreth of Beaverton; one brother, Harry of Florida; and 3 grandchildren. Services were held December 19, at 2 p.m. from the Hall Funeral Home, Beaverton Chapel. The Elks Lodge of Midland officiated and burial was in the Dale Cemetery. .
