Conrad Bluntschly
Conrad W. Bluntschly, 83, of Clare died May 31, 2006 at Clare Tendercare Nursing Home in Clare after a long illness. He was born May 27, 1923 in Beaverton to Harry and Viola (Ziegler) Bluntschly. He was a truck and tour bus driver as well as a veteran of the United States armed forces.
He lived in Gladwin for 33 years and was a member of the Albright Shores Eagles Club.
He is survived by his daughter Connie (Russ) Dunsmore of Muncie, Indiana; grandchildren, Ashley, Derrick and Chris (member of National Guard- SPC); Great-grandson, Tyler Dunsmore; special friend, Carole Stockero of Coleman; sisters Loretta Hall of Crossville, Tennessee, Treva Spencer of Kawkawlin, Opal Chambers of Midland, Shirley (Phil) Plessner of Essexville; and sisters-in-law Alice Bluntschly of Coleman, and Celia (Irvan) McQueen of Missouri.
He was predeceased by his parents, and brothers, Harvey, Corbett, Murl and Jerry.
Funeral services were held June 3 at Hall Funeral Home in Beaverton. Pastor Tom Rodabaugh officiated. He was buried at Beaverton Cemetery in Beaverton.
