Nelda Bliss
Nelda M. Bliss, 85, of Gladwin, died Jan. 14, 2005 and MidMichigan Medical Center in Clare. She was born June 20, 1919 to Jester and Gladys (Roberts) Cramer of Pinckney. She married Frank Bliss in 1961. Formerly of Fairgrove, she was a homemaker and lived in Gladwin County since 1963. Nelda was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and V.F.W. Post 7303 Auxiliary.
Surviving are her husband, Frank Bliss of Gladwin; son David (Barbara) Brooks of Howell; granddaughter Amanda (Seth) Milton of White Lake; sister Barbara Johnson of Ypsilanti; and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents; brother, Joe Cramer; and grandson, Ryan Brooks.
Funeral services were held Jan. 17 at Hall Funeral Home in Gladwin, with pastor Lynn Chappell officiating. Burial took place in Highland Cemetery in Gladwin. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or donor’s favorite charity.
