Douglas E. Biesada
Douglas E. Biesiada, 71, passed away Friday, Jan. 18, 2008 at his daughter’s residence in California.
He was born in Muskegon, Michigan May 3, 1936 to Joseph and Frances (Murphy) Biesiada. Mr. Biesiada lived with his wife of 44 years in the Sugar Springs area of Gladwin and was a retired real estate broker and builder.
He is survived by his wife, Gayle (Newkirk) Biesiada; one daughter, Kari (Scott) Moyes of Benicia, California; five brothers, Kenneth (Mary), Wayne (Norma), Robert and Roger (Jan), all of Muskegon, and Donald (Marg) of Las Vegas, Nevada; one sister, JoAnn (Richard) Krukowski of Muskegon; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and four brothers, Richard, James, Thomas and David.
According to his wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be held. There will be a life celebration held in his honor in Gladwin this spring.
