Cynthia badgley
Cynthia Marie Badgley, 61 of Beaverton, formerly of Coleman passed away Nov. 22, 2007 at the MidMichigan Medical Center-Midland after a long illness.
She was born June 22, 1946 in Alma the daughter of Elwin and Evelyn (McLean) Wrisley. Cynthia M. Wrisley married Gene E. Badgley July 25, 1970 in Clare. She graduated from Central Michigan University in 1968. Cindy was a teacher of Home Economics at Gladwin Community Schools for 32 years. She participated in the Gladwin Council for the Arts Theatre for a number of years. She loved to cook, work with crafts and travel.
Survivors include her husband, Gene of Beaverton; children, Stacie and Jason Jackson of Charlotte, Ryan Badgley of Beaverton; brothers and sisters, Barbara and Tom Dittenber of Pagosa Springs, Colorado, Eugene and Joan Wrisley of St. Louis, Nancy and Ron Krouse of Riverdale, Robert and Carolyn Wrisley of Clare; nieces and nephews, Erica, Brent, Mitchell and Chad Wrisley; great-nieces, Sierra and Alexandria Wrisley. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 26, 2007 at the Faith United Methodist Church. Burial took place in the Warren Township Cemetery, Coleman.
Memorials are suggested to the Dialysis Services of Midland.
