Truman Arnot
Truman Arnot was born in Rochester, N. Y., and died
at his home in the township of Gladwin near McClure
Dec. 19, 1902. He came to Sandy Creek and was married
to Fanny Spiser. To them were born three children, two
boys and one girl, of whom one boy survives him. In
the year 1871 he came to Gladwin, and in 1878 was
married to Josephine Koontz. To them were born four
children, all of whom with their mother live to mourn
the loss. The funeral was held in the Ridge, M. E.
church Sunday, Dec. 21, 1902, conducted by Rev. O. C.
Teachout. The remains were laid to rest in the Gladwin
cemetery.
