Sherman E. Antcliff
SERVICES HELD FOR SHERAMN ANTCLIFF

   Sherman E. Antcliff, 73, of Sage Township, died Thursday, Feb. 26, in Saginaw Veteran's Hospital after an illness of two months. Born in Clare County on June 30, 1895, he had resided in Gladwin County for 37 years. Mr. Antcliff operated the Gladwin News Agency for several years and was also a veteran of World War I. He was married to the former Clara A. Milmine of April 4, 1920, in Oakland County. She preceded him in death in June 1966.

   Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Arlene Hammond and Marion Antcliff, borh of Gladwin; one sisters, Mrs. Rubie Hardenburg of New Port Richey, Fla.; 10 grandchilddren and one great grandchild. Services were held Sunday at 2 p.m. from the Hall Funeral Home. Elder Alvin Pendleton officiated and burial was in the Highland Cemetery.
