Mary Anderson
Mary B. “Poody” Anderson, 82, died at her home in Weathersfield, Vermont on Sunday, Oct. 28, 2007 surrounded by her family.
She was born July 16, 1925 in Gladwin, the daughter of Ron and Eva (Censor) Bellinger. She married John S. Anderson on May 30, 1952 in Gladwin.
Survivors include her husband, Jack of Weathersfield; two daughters, Rhona Morris and Cathy Anderson, both of Weathersfield, Vermont; two sons, Kevin Anderson of South Reading, Vermont and David Anderson of Whitewater, Wisconsin; eight grandchildren; two brothers, Joe Bellinger of Gladwin and Walter Bellinger of Clare; two sisters, Essie Blackburn of Bellaire and Barbara Secord of Gladwin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of her life took place Nov. 1 at the Davis Memorial Chapel in Springfield, Vermont. Members of her family officiated the service.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice of Vermont and New Hampshire, PO Box 976, White River Junction, Vermont 05001.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Davis Memorial Chapel.
